It depends on the size, the timber and the fit-out. Tell us what you have in mind and we will give you a clear price.
How do I place an order?
Visit the yard or write to us. For boats to order and restoration we agree the timber, size, fit-out and timing together.
Can you restore an old wooden boat?
Often, yes. We bring tired wooden boats back to the water, respecting the timber and the lines. We will assess it and advise.
Can you repair a leaking boat?
Usually, yes. Sprung planks, tired timbers and leaks can often be put right. Show us the boat and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Do you do fit-out and joinery?
Yes. We join and finish thwarts, gratings and fit-out by hand, the details that make a boat a pleasure to use.
Can you look after my boat between seasons?
Yes. We help with laying up, launching and upkeep, and give honest advice to keep a wooden boat sound.
Do you build boats to order?
Yes. We build dinghies and small craft by hand and match the timber, size and fit-out to how you will use the boat. Visit the yard and we will talk it through and prepare a quote.
